LiteBlue offers general claim guidance however, the ECOMP portal is the best place to track injury or compensation claim details.

5. How long does it take for a USPS claim to be processed?

Claim types have different processing times. Depending on the complexity, filing an injury compensation claim may take a few weeks to several months, and pay adjustment claims are settled in one to two pay days.
